General Terms and Conditions

 

Payments
1.    Participants to activities of JK Academy and Production do not pay any personal contributions. Participants to Expedition and Workshop activities, as well as to level work floors, are due their personal contribution fees prior to project commencement dates.
2.    The Feikes Huis Foundation ('Stichting Feikes Huis') will pay all invoices within 30 days of their date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.     Suppliers of Feikes Huis Foundation are required to have a valid VAT registration number. Freelancers must submit copies of valid identification documents, in addition to either a Verklaring Arbeids Relatie Winst Uit Onderneming or a Verklaring Arbeids Relatie Directeur Groot Aandeelhouder document.

 

Rights
4.    Participants to JK Academy and Production activities will transfer any copyrights and performance rights governing material produced within the framework of such activities to Feikes Huis Foundation until 1 calendar year (365 days) after expiry of the première date. Upon expiry of this one-year period, such rights are returned to the producer.
5.    Participants agree to the condition that Level work floor and JK Academy and Production activities will be registered for purposes of archiving and publicity.
6.    Any publicity expressions relating to material created within the framework of the production house must bear the Feikes Huis logo.
7.    Persons, companies, or institutions supplying brochure materials or texts intended for use on the www.feikeshuis.nl website will ensure that such materials and texts are not subject to any form of legal protection. Feikes Huis Foundation retains the right to perform selections and editing on all texts and imagery submitted.
8.    www.feikeshuis.nl is published by Feikes Huis Foundation in cooperation with LopezLab © 2009. Any use of (parts of) this publication requires acknowledgement of sources.
